Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon of Butter
- 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
- 1 Tabletpoon of Brown Sugar
- 3 Drops of Vanilla Extract
- Small pinch of Salt
- 1 Egg Yolk
- ¼ Cup of All Purpose Flour
- 2 Heaping tablespoons of Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Start by melting the butter in microwave (or by any other means)
- Add sugars, vanilla and Salt. Stir to combine.
- Stir and combine egg yolk
- Add flour, then stir again.
- Add the chocolate chips. The mixture should now look like cookie dough.
- Cook in mircowave for 40-60 seconds, start checking for done at 40 seconds.
Do not cook past one minute. Just like regular cookies, this will continue to cook as it cools.
If the cookie is dry or cake like, try less time. - Serve warm.
